laying hold of the promises
Was reading more of George Muller’s autobiography after church today. I’m always astounded by his great faith, prayerfulness, and reliance on the Lord. And yet, he constantly states throughout the book that his faith is not extraordinary in any way, that any believer can have his faith. My hope is that I may lay hold of God’s promises like him.
